CNAs participate in the delivery of patient care and perform clerical, reception, admission, communication and coordination tasks to facilitate smooth functioning of the patient care area. Certified nursing assistants also provide basic patient care under the direction of licensed nursing personnel for patients served on their assigned unit.
The ideal candidate will apply knowledge of growth and development in patient and family interactions to care for all patients and provide excellent patient care. With NCAC, you'll be able to work multiple facilities within the Norton organization, and do so, based strictly on your own scheduling preference!

Position pays $14.62 hourly with a 15% shift differential for second and third shift.
Qualifications: - One (1) year recent hospital experience.
- Active Certification with the KY Board of Nursing.
- Current CPR is required.
